Welcome to the group of data-driven computational biological physics led by Dr. Chengfei Yan from school of Physics, Huazhong University of Science and Technology! The Yan group at HUST focuses on developing data-driven approaches to model and predict interactions between macromolecules including proteins and nucleic acids. Methods used in our group include machine learning/deep learning, statistical analysis, physics-based simulation and modeling.
